The Y Eyes(*Y*)

The Y Eyes do see

what to others is a mystery

but fortunately many things that are mysterious

are problems that are not too serious.

But would a box of wisdom tooth picks

help wisdom and youth to mix?

And if folly was a song only for the young

many a jolly song would be unsung!

The things that are wrong will be the things that are left

when all that is right is elevated to a higher plane.

But then also the lies of various types and size

are not likely to arise

but are condemned to remain.

And the truth will not vary

even when it is translated to another tongue.

And so the wise are called to share it

with the youth of the young.

The heavens do declare the works of his hand

and the stars all share in the magnificence of his plan.

And when the stars do appear at the end of twilight

and the songbirds we hear as they usher in the night...

we can all be thankful  

for  his compassion toward man.

The Creator of the Universe deserves to be celebrated.
